DANIEL WOODARD

An associate at Levy Phillips & Konigsberg, Dan specializes in medical malpractice, lead poisoning, and general tort litigation. He also focuses on products liability litigation. Prior to joining LPK, Dan litigated medical malpractice and products liability cases and engaged in appellate practice in these areas.

Dan is licensed to practice law in New York. He is also licensed to appear before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the New York County Lawyers Association, and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.

Dan graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1999. In 1996, he graduated cum laude from Binghamton University (SUNY) where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and History.
